On 20th December 2021, we initiated the Ifako- Ijaiye Health Advocate Volunteer Sensitization Scheme as an intervention to the result of the survey we carried out during our sensitization on Mental Health on October 10, 2021; Impact of drugs and substance misuse on productivity and well-being. We promised to use the data to help the people of Ifako – Ijaiye get customized services to improve the quality of life especially as regards living healthy mentally, more importantly, on the implementation of the Mental Health Bill at the grassroots.
Like the first, this project is being carried out in Ifako Ijaiye Local Government Area in conjunction with The Mandate Health Empowerment Initiative (MHEI) with support from Natineee Empowerment for Sustainable Impact Initiative (NESII) and other partners.
