19th February 2022: As an Advocate for improving cancer outcomes in Nigeria, we know we have to be part of the change so we here for the Walk and talk with the Foundation for Cancer Care with Lakeshore Cancer Center for its World Cancer Day Awareness Walk themed “Walk the Talk”.
We partnered with the Foundation for Cancer Care on a walk in commemoration of World Cancer Day, NESII joined the organizations in creating awareness and providing education about cancer; discussing access to cancer services and also fundraise for treatment of those in need. The event provided for free, discounted Cancer Screening Vouchers, Discounted Mammograms, Aerobics, CPR training and more.
