Charles Olufemi Emmanuel

A Certified Management Consultant, Chartered Accountant, Tax Practitioner, Human Resource Professional, Risk Management Professional and Information Systems auditor. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN); he is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Forensic Accountant.

An ACCA Certified in International Financial Reporting (IFR) and an appointed mentor of Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants- ACCA (England and Wales)
He is a member of the Abuja Chapter of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and a member of Sarbanes Oxley Professionals Association- USA.

Charles is an Accountancy and Finance Graduate of Nigeria’s foremost and prestigious tertiary institution – Yaba College of Technology, and did his Master’s Degree program in Business Administration (H R M) at Lagos State University Ojo.
His cognate experience is over 25 years within the Government, Banking, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Auditing, Manufacturing, Automobile Sales and Sports Media sectors where he served in various capacities as Officer, Accountant, Audit Manager, Chief Accountant, Chief Internal Auditor, Group Accountant/ Head of Admin, Deputy General Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance and Admin.

He is the Principal Partner of Charles Keshinro & Co. (an Audit, Tax & Consulting Professional Firm for Corporate and Government Businesses.) He engages in Corporate Executive Training on Forensic Accounting, Risk Management, Financial Management, Tax, Human Resources, Credit Mgt, Fraud Mgt. and IFRS.
Charles is a widely travelled Rotarian, and an ambassador of Justice, Peace and Community Development. He served as the District Treasurer and currently serves as Assistant Governor in Rotary International District 9110, Nigeria
